Motorcycling - The H-D Sportster XL1200C

We went to a register for a free drawing for a V-Rod, and we ended up buying a Sportster 1200 Custom in Silver Pearl and Sierra Red. Mary loves these "Harvard Colors", which is good. I put 58 miles on it the first day, then 270 miles the next day. A total of 600+ miles the first week.

We rode rural areas around Lake Perry, Topeka, Levenworth, etc. (Myself, and 5 others from work.)

As it came out of the dealership.

Taa-Taa For Now.....
Mary and I try our first 2-up on the Sportster. Mary says it is much smoother and the seat is more comfortable than the Blast. (I should hope so....) We ride to the furniture store, where I figure we can't load a new couch on the bike. True, but you can order one delivered! Repayment for the new bike begins............
